Lutz Warnke gave a Plenary talk at the Probabilistic Combinatorics Online 2020 workshop on September 24, 2020 (http://pco20.combgeo.org/). This virtual event was organized by the Laboratory of Advanced Combinatorics and Network Applications, MIPT (Russia), with support by IAS (USA), Monash University (Australia), Moscow State University (Russia), and CNRS (France). Many different aspects of probabilistic methods and random discrete structures were discussed at this workshop, showcasing links to theoretical computer science, statistical physics, study of social networks, and the spread of epidemics.
